How to Use:
Create short, hair-like strokes in an upward motion into the sparse areas of your brows. Build up the color as desired, and use the attached spoolie to comb through the brow. Apply browcara upward in a zigzag motion to get a lifted or bushy look. Repeat the steps until you achieve the ideal finish for your brows.
